The invention discloses a charging pile charging power intelligent distribution method, which comprises the following steps that: after charging is started, a power distribution unit communicates with an electric vehicle to obtain charging voltage and charging current data; according to the charging voltage value required by the vehicle, the maximum charging current value capable of being output by various power level modules is calculated; according to the charging current value required by the vehicle and the maximum charging current value capable of being output by the modules of various power levels, the optimal module combination is calculated, and the combination meets the principle of minimum charging power waste; the corresponding module is called to charge the electric vehicle; in the charging process, calculation is carried out in real time according to the voltage and current required by charging, and in the voltage and current changing process, the module distribution result is adjusted in real time, and redundant charging power is fully released to meet the charging requirements of other vehicles; the utilization rate of the charging power and the charging experience of a user are improved, the requirement for the number of charging parking spaces is reduced, and therefore the operation cost of the charging station is reduced.

    本发明公开一种充电桩充电功率智能分配方法,启动充电后,功率分配单元与电动汽车通讯,获取充电电压、充电电流数据;根据车辆需求的充电电压值,计算各种功率等级模块可输出的最大充电电流值;根据车辆需求的充电电流值和各种功率等级模块可输出的最大充电电流值进行计算,计算出最优的模块组合,该组合满足充电功率浪费最少原则;调用相应模块给该电动汽车进行充电;充电过程中,会实时根据充电需求的电压、电流进行计算,电压电流变化过程中,实时调整模块分配结果,充分释放冗余的充电功率,用于其他车辆的充电需求;本发明提高充电功率的利用率,用户的充电体验,减少充电车位的数量要求,从而降低充电站的运营成本。
