The invention discloses a data processing method, device, equipment and system and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps that when it is detected that the number of first target objects in an elevator is smaller than the number of selected floors, image information corresponding to the first target objects is obtained; the image information is analyzed, and reference floor information is determined; adjusting the selected floor by using the reference floor information to obtain first target floor information; and elevator operation is controlled based on the first target floor information. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the service efficiency of providing the elevator taking service for the user can be improved.
