本发明公开了一种应用于传动轴支架橡胶圈凸台结构,涉及传动轴支架领域,包括下盖板等,下支座的两侧均设有一个侧支座,上盖板盖设在橡胶圈的上半部,下盖板盖设在橡胶圈的下半部;上盖板的两侧设有延伸边,两个侧支座的上端部分别固定在对应的延伸边上,两个侧支座的下端部分别固定在下支座上;下支座的中部向上凸起形成凸起部用于固定下盖板;橡胶圈朝向上盖板一侧的端面上设置凸台,凸台与上盖板之间设置间隙。本发明实现了支架刚度可变,当形变量达到一定值时,橡胶阻力会急剧变大,在受到较大冲击力时能够提供足够缓冲阻力;同时减小了碰撞距离,通过增加凸台,使得中间橡胶圈缓冲厚度增加,增强缓冲作用,提升整车NVH性能。
