The invention discloses a rubber ring boss structure applied to a transmission shaft support, and relates to the field of transmission shaft supports, the rubber ring boss structure comprises a lower cover plate and the like, the two sides of a lower support are each provided with a side support, an upper cover plate covers the upper half portion of a rubber ring, and a lower cover plate covers the lower half portion of the rubber ring; extending edges are arranged on two sides of the upper cover plate, the upper end parts of the two side supports are respectively fixed on the corresponding extending edges, and the lower end parts of the two side supports are respectively fixed on the lower support; the middle of the lower support protrudes upwards to form a protruding part used for fixing the lower cover plate. A boss is arranged on the end face of the side, facing the upper cover plate, of the rubber ring, and a gap is formed between the boss and the upper cover plate. The rigidity of the support is variable, when the deformation quantity reaches a certain value, rubber resistance can be sharply increased, and enough buffering resistance can be provided when the support bears large impact force; meanwhile, the collision distance is reduced, the buffering thickness of the middle rubber ring is increased by additionally arranging the boss, the buffering effect is enhanced, and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于传动轴支架橡胶圈凸台结构,涉及传动轴支架领域,包括下盖板等,下支座的两侧均设有一个侧支座,上盖板盖设在橡胶圈的上半部,下盖板盖设在橡胶圈的下半部;上盖板的两侧设有延伸边,两个侧支座的上端部分别固定在对应的延伸边上,两个侧支座的下端部分别固定在下支座上;下支座的中部向上凸起形成凸起部用于固定下盖板;橡胶圈朝向上盖板一侧的端面上设置凸台,凸台与上盖板之间设置间隙。本发明实现了支架刚度可变,当形变量达到一定值时,橡胶阻力会急剧变大,在受到较大冲击力时能够提供足够缓冲阻力;同时减小了碰撞距离,通过增加凸台,使得中间橡胶圈缓冲厚度增加,增强缓冲作用,提升整车NVH性能。
