The invention provides a myriameter-level pressure-resistant sealed cabin of a hemispherical optical window. The problems that the structural strength of a deep sea pressure-resistant device cannot meet the myriameter-level pressure-resistant requirement, and the optical field of view is small are solved. The sealed cabin comprises a hemispherical optical window, a sealing flange, a cabin body, a pressing ring, a rear end cover arranged at the rear end of the cabin body and a ventilation bolt arranged on the rear end cover. The hemispherical optical window is made of YAG ceramic materials, and the end face of the hemispherical optical window is a plane with a fillet. A radial sealing ring is arranged between the outer surface of the rear end of the sealing flange and the inner surface of the cabin body; the hemispherical optical window is arranged at the front end of the sealing flange, a lip-shaped end face sealing ring is arranged between the end face of the hemispherical optical window and the sealing flange, and an O-shaped ring is arranged between the inner spherical surface of the hemispherical optical window and the sealing flange; the pressing ring is located on the periphery of the hemispherical optical window, the hemispherical optical window is tightly pressed on the sealing flange through fixing of the pressing ring and the sealing flange, and a gasket is arranged between the pressing ring and the hemispherical optical window.

    本发明提供一种半球型光学窗口的万米级耐压密封舱,解决深海抗压装置的结构强度无法实现万米级抗压要求、光学视场较小的问题。该密封舱包括半球型光学窗口、密封法兰、舱体、压圈、设在舱体后端的后端盖和设在后端盖上的通气螺栓;半球型光学窗口采用YAG陶瓷材料,端面为带圆角平面;密封法兰设在舱体前端,密封法兰后端外表面与舱体内表面间设有径向密封圈;半球型光学窗口设在密封法兰前端,半球型光学窗口端面与密封法兰之间设唇形端面密封圈,半球型光学窗口内球面与密封法兰之间设有O型圈;压圈位于半球型光学窗口外周,通过压圈与密封法兰固定实现将半球型光学窗口压紧在密封法兰上,压圈与半球型光学窗口之间设有垫圈。
