The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to an active brake wheel cylinder pressure control method based on an integrated electro-hydraulic brake system. Comprising control over the pressure of a main cylinder and control over the pressure of a wheel cylinder. The pressure of the main cylinder is controlled by controlling the inner ring and the outer ring; wherein the inner ring, namely the motor servo ring, is composed of a current ring, a speed ring and a position ring, and the inner ring is controlled by controlling the current ring, the speed ring and the position ring; the outer ring is a pressure ring, and the control on the outer ring is realized through feed-forward compensation and PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) feedback control; the control of the pressure of the wheel cylinder comprises a single-wheel pressure regulating mode and a multi-wheel pressure regulating mode; the single-wheel pressure regulating mode is realized by controlling the pressure of a main cylinder; the multi-wheel pressure regulating mode is achieved by comprehensively controlling the pressure of a main cylinder and the duty ratio of a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet valve. Accurate control over the pressure of the wheel cylinder is achieved, and the problems that hydraulic hysteresis disturbance exists in an integrated electric control braking system, and complex friction force hindering exists are solved.

    本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体的说是一种基于集成电液制动系统的主动制动轮缸压力控制方法。包括对主缸压力的控制和轮缸压力的控制;所述对主缸压力的控制通过对内环和外环的控制来实现;其中,所述内环即电机伺服环由电流环、速度环和位置环构成,对内环的控制通过对电流环、速度环以及位置环的控制实现;所述外环即压力环,对外环的控制通过前馈补偿和PID反馈控制实现;所述轮缸压力的控制包括单轮调压模式和多轮调压模式;所述单轮调压模式通过控制主缸压力实现;所述多轮调压模式通过综合控制主缸压力及进、出液阀的占空比实现。本发明实现了对轮缸压力的精确控制,解决了集成式电控制动系统存在的液压迟滞扰动、有复杂的摩擦力阻碍等问题。
