The invention discloses an electric vehicle vacuum pump control method based on altitude signals, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a current altitude value of a vehicle and converting the current altitude value into an atmospheric pressure value AP of the current position of the vehicle; the start-stop vacuum degree threshold value and the work cycle of the vacuum pump at the current altitude are obtained through the AP-VAC comparison table, and the vacuum pump is controlled according to the obtained start-stop vacuum degree threshold value and the work cycle of the vacuum pump at the current altitude; wherein the AP-VAC comparison table is a corresponding relation table of the atmospheric pressure value matched with the altitude value, the vacuum pump start-stop vacuum degree threshold value and the work cycle, wherein the corresponding relation table is obtained through experimental calibration in advance. The method has the advantages that strategy control over the vacuum pump is more perfect, the requirements of a vehicle braking system for the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump at different altitudes and different atmospheric pressures can be met, the vehicle driving comfort is improved, meanwhile, fault diagnosis is more comprehensive and accurate, and reasonable and perfect countermeasures are also taken after the vacuum pump detects the fault.

    本发明公开了一种基于海拔信号的电动汽车真空泵控制方法,包括,获取车辆当前海拔值并将其转换成车辆当前位置的大气压力值AP;通过AP‑VAC对照表获取当前海拔下的真空泵启停真空度阈值和工作周期,并按照获取的当前海拔下的真空泵启停真空度阈值和工作周期对真空泵进行控制;其中AP‑VAC对照表为预先通过实验标定获取的在海拔值匹配的大气压力值与真空泵启停真空度阈值、工作周期的对应关系表。本发明的优点在于:本发明对真空泵策略控制更加完善,能够兼顾不同海拔下不同大气压时车辆制动系统对真空泵真空度的需求,提高车辆驾驶舒适性,同时使故障诊断更加全面、准确,真空泵检测到故障后也有合理完善的应对措施。
