本发明涉及一种高发泡隔音树脂衬,所述树脂衬由双层芯壳颗粒压制而成,所述双层芯壳颗粒包括内层的芯体和外层的壳体,所述芯体为主要采用混合环氧树脂、丁腈橡胶、发泡剂和加工助剂制成的颗粒,所述芯体的粒径为0.1~1.5mm;所述壳体为主要采用环氧树脂、热塑性树脂、增强纤维、发泡剂和加工助剂制成的薄层,所述壳体的厚度为0.1~1mm。该树脂衬通过双层芯壳结构及其材料的应用使其在具备良好吸音隔音特性的同时具有较高的机械强度。

The resin lining has high mechanical strength while having good sound absorption and insulation characteristics through a double-layer core-shell structure and application of materials of the double-layer core-shell structure.
