The invention discloses an EPS torque control method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring steering load force, and inquiring a three-dimensional chart according to the steering load force to acquire expected torque of a torsion bar; and assisting power is controlled and adjusted along with a closed loop. A design matrix is divided into two functional requirements: FR1 and FR2; the number of the design schemes is two: DP1 and DP2. DP1, designing corresponding torsion bar torques according to different rack forces; and DP2: a power-assisted following closed-loop control regulator. According to adjustment, the torque DP1 of the corresponding torsion bar is designed according to different rack forces, and only the torque FR1 of the torsion bar is directly influenced; when the power-assisted following closed-loop control regulator DP2 is adjusted, only the torque FR2 of the motor can be directly influenced. Coupling design in the prior art is decoupled, and self-adaption of the EPS torque control system to different vehicles, different road surfaces, different loads, different chassis, different tires and different power assembly differences is synchronously achieved, so that the consistent hand feeling style is achieved, and the EPS calibration efficiency and the steering hand feeling performance of the whole vehicle are synchronously improved.

    本发明公开了一种EPS力矩控制方法,包括:获取转向负载力,根据转向负载力查询三维图表获取预期扭杆力矩;使助力跟随闭环控制调节。本发明设计矩阵划分为2个功能需求:FR1和FR2;设计方案有2个:DP1和DP2。DP1:根据不同齿条力设计相应扭杆力矩;DP2:助力跟随闭环控制调节器。调节“根据不同齿条力设计相应扭杆力矩DP1,只会直接影响到扭杆力矩FR1;调节“助力跟随闭环控制调节器”DP2,只会直接影响到电机力矩FR2。本发明对现有技术中的耦合设计进行了解耦,同步地实现了EPS力矩控制系统对不同车辆、不同路面、不同负载、不同底盘、不同轮胎、不同动力总成差异的自适应,以便实现较为一致的手力感觉风格,同步提高整车EPS标定效率及转向手感性能。
