The invention relates to a crane, and aims at solving the problems that the number of induction blocks and proximity switches in an existing arm code recognition system of a telescopic cargo boom of a single-cylinder bolt telescopic mechanism is large, and reliability is low. The invention provides an arm code recognition system and method and a crane. The recognition system comprises a controller, a length measuring cable drum electrically connected with the controller and used for measuring the length of an oil cylinder, and a sensing device. The sensing device is used for detecting the relative position of the pin inserting and pulling mechanism and the upper arm pin of the telescopic arm; the controller is used for obtaining the length L of the oil cylinder when the pin inserting and pulling mechanism and the arm pin are staggered, obtaining the length L1 of the oil cylinder when the pin inserting and pulling mechanism and the arm pin are aligned again after being staggered, and comparing the L with the L1 so as to determine and store a new arm code. In the invention, the sensing device only needs to sense whether the pin plugging and unplugging mechanism is aligned with or staggered from the arm pins, and does not need to sense which arm pin is aligned, so that the structure of the sensing device can be simplified, the cost is reduced, and the reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及起重机,为解决针对现有单缸插销伸缩机构伸缩起重臂的臂码识别系统中感应块和接近开关数量多、可靠性低的问题;提供一种臂码识别系统和方法、起重机,其中识别系统包括控制器、与控制器电连接用于测量油缸长度的测长电缆卷筒、感应装置;感应装置用于检测插拔销机构与伸缩臂上臂销的相对位置;控制器用于在插拔销机构与臂销错开时获取油缸长度L、在插拔销机构与臂销错开后再次对齐时获取油缸长度L1、比较L与L1并以此确定存储新臂码。在本发明中,感应装置仅需感应插拔销机构与臂销是否对齐或者错开,无需感应具体与哪个臂销对齐,感应装置结构可以简化,降低成本和提高可靠性。
