The invention discloses a seat rotating mechanism driven by relative displacement of double electric slide rails. The seat rotating mechanism comprises a turntable and two slide rails arranged in parallel, and each slide rail is provided with a slide rail motor; four arc-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the four corners of the rotating disc, and the shapes of the four arc-shaped sliding grooves are different. Each sliding rail is provided with two pin shaft parts, and each pin shaft part slides in the corresponding arc-shaped sliding groove in the rotating disc. The two sliding rail motors respectively drive the corresponding sliding rails to generate relative displacement, and the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail can be locked at any position within the adjusting range through the reduction gearbox and the lead screw pair between the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail. When the sliding rail motor drives the sliding rail to generate relative displacement, the pin shaft part can slide in the arc-shaped sliding groove to push the rotating disc to rotate, and then the seat rotates. The automobile seat swing adjusting device can adapt to most automobile seats, can achieve adjustment of the rotation angle of 0-30 degrees, and can effectively reduce the influence of a transmission gap on a seat swing gap.

    本发明公开了一种采用双电动滑轨相对位移驱动的座椅旋转机构,包括转盘、平行布置的两条滑轨,每条滑轨上分别设有一个滑轨电机;所述转盘的四角处设有四条弧形滑槽,且四条弧形滑槽形状各不相同;每条滑轨上分别安装有两个销轴部件,每个销轴部件分别在转盘上对应的一条弧形滑槽内滑动。两个滑轨电机分别驱动对应的滑轨产生相对位移,所述上滑轨与下滑轨之间利用减速箱及丝杠副,实现上滑轨在调节范围内任意位置进行锁止。当滑轨电机驱动滑轨产生相对位移时,销轴部件即可通过在弧形滑槽内滑动,推动转盘进行旋转,进而使座椅产生旋转。本发明可适应大部分汽车座椅,并且可实现0°~30°的旋转角度调节,且可有效降低传动间隙对座椅摆动间隙的影响。
