The invention belongs to the field of air intake ducts of aircrafts, and particularly relates to a broadband invisible air intake duct suitable for a small-caliber channel. The air intake duct is composed of a wave-absorbing coating inlet section and a wave-absorbing periodic structure outlet section, wherein the wave-absorbing coating inlet section and the wave-absorbing periodic structure outlet section take the minimum section of the air intake duct as a boundary, the wave-absorbing coating inlet section is a wave-absorbing coating based on a ferromagnetic absorbent applied to the surface of an inlet section metal base material, and the wave-absorbing periodic structure outlet section is composed of a wave-transparent skin, a periodic structure unit layer and an electromagnetic shielding layer from outside to inside. By applying the broadband invisible air intake duct suitable for the small-caliber channel, the problems that a wave-absorbing coating in the deep position of the small-caliber air intake duct channel is complex in construction process, difficult to maintain, prone to falling off and the like can be solved; and meanwhile, occupied space is small, and the broadband invisible air intake duct has the excellent stealth performance of wide wave-absorbing frequency band and good wave-absorbing performance and can greatly reduce the influence of the air intake duct on the stealth performance of a forward radar of an aircraft.

    本发明属于飞行器进气道领域,具体涉及一种适用于小口径通道的宽频隐身进气道。该进气道由吸波涂层进口段、吸波周期结构出口段组成,吸波涂层进口段和吸波周期结构出口段以进气道最小截面为分界。吸波涂层进口段为进口段金属基材表面应用基于铁磁性吸收剂的吸波涂层。吸波周期结构出口段从外到里由透波蒙皮、周期结构单元层、电磁屏蔽层组成。应用该适用于小口径通道的宽频隐身进气道,可解决小口径进气道通道深处吸波涂层施工工艺复杂、维护困难、存在脱落风险等问题,同时占用空间小,且具备吸波频带宽、吸波性能好的优异隐身性能,大幅降低进气道对飞行器前向雷达隐身性能的影响。
