The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and provides a vehicle driver off-position control method and a device thereof. The vehicle driver off-position control method comprises the following steps: judging whether the vehicle meets the driving condition or not; judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-location condition or not; and when it is judged that the vehicle meets the drivable condition and the driver meets the off-position condition, controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched into a parking gear. According to the invention, accidents caused by loss of control of the vehicle can be avoided.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,提供一种车辆的驾驶员离位的控制方法和装置。本发明所述的车辆的驾驶员离位的控制方法包括:判断所述车辆是否满足可行驶条件;判断所述车辆是否满足所述驾驶员可离位条件;在判断所述车辆满足所述可行驶条件且所述驾驶员满足所述可离位条件时,控制所述车辆的档位切换为驻车档。本发明可以避免失去对车辆的掌控而造成意外。
