The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging control method based on user charging selection. The method comprises the steps of predicting a conventional load of a distribution network on the current day according to historical load records of the distribution network; obtaining the charging price of each time period; acquiring vehicle information and charging information; initializing a population; calculating an initial population fitness value, wherein the fitness value of each individual comprises the total charging cost and the load fluctuation variance of the electric vehicle users; selecting the optimal position of the particle according to the fitness value; screening a non-inferior solution set, wherein the screening includes initial screening of a non-inferior solution and updating of the non-inferior solution set; updating the speed and the position of the individual particle; judging whether the maximum number of loop iterations is reached or not, and if not, turning to step S5; and if so, outputting the solution set. The method has the advantages that the optimal scheduling model of the electric vehicle load is established by taking the minimum total charging cost and the minimum power grid load variance as targets and taking the conditions such as charging requirements as constraints, so that the electric vehicle charging control method can consider the electric smooth power grid load curve and the user charging cost.

    本发明为基于用户充电选择的电动汽车充电控制方法,包括根据配网历史负荷记录预测当天配网常规负荷;获取各时段充电价格;获取车辆信息和充电信息;初始化种群;计算初始种群适应度值,每个个体的适应度值包括电动汽车用户总充电成本和负荷波动方差;根据适应度值选取粒子的最佳位置;筛选非劣解集,包括初始筛选非劣解和非劣解集更新;更新个体粒子的速度和位置;判断是否达到最大循环迭代次数,若未达到则转到步骤S5;若达到则输出解集。本发明的优点是:以总充电成本最小、电网负荷方差最小为目标,以充电需求等条件为约束,建立电动汽车负荷的优化调度模型,使得电动汽车充电控制方法能够兼顾电平滑电网负荷曲线和用户充电成本。
