    本发明公开了一种电镀锌变厚板汽车前纵梁及其制备方法,电镀锌变厚板汽车前纵梁包括基板和镀锌层;基板包含按重量百分数计的如下成分:C:0.04~0.12%、Mn:1.0~1.6%、Si≤0.1%、P≤0.02%、S≤0.01%、Alt≥0.03%、Ti≤0.06%,Nb≤0.07%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;镀锌层的厚度为50~70g/m2。本发明从零件服役特性考虑、柔性取材,与激光焊接工艺相比,电镀锌变厚板汽车前纵梁以过渡段代替焊缝,具有更优的服役性能,在高强减重的基础上,弥补拼焊焊缝的不足,实现汽车轻量化,推动汽车工业材料轻量化向更高层次发展。
