本发明公开了一种用于船舶无隔舱U型不锈钢总段吊装方法,该U型不锈钢总段为由三个平直分段组合而成的三面体,该三面体分段分别为甲板分段、左纵舱壁分段和右纵舱壁分段,相互平行的左纵舱壁分段和右纵舱壁分段分别通过底部的定位端固定在甲板分段上,形成为一面为开口的U型总段,所述U型不锈钢总段的总重量为180吨‑200吨,其特征在于,该方法利用有限元软件模拟计算后设置加强形式和吊环位置,再进行U型不锈钢总段的实际吊装。本发明方法不仅解决了不锈钢U型不锈钢总段吊装变形问题,同时也提高了吊装效率。

    The invention discloses a method for hoisting a bulkless U-shaped stainless steel block of a ship, the U-shaped stainless steel block is a trihedron formed by combining three straight sections, and the trihedron sections are respectively a deck section, a left longitudinal bulkhead section and a right longitudinal bulkhead section; the left longitudinal bulkhead section and the right longitudinal bulkhead section which are parallel to each other are respectively fixed on a deck section through positioning ends at the bottoms to form a U-shaped block with an opening on one side, and the total weight of the U-shaped stainless steel block is 180-200 tons. The method is characterized in that after finite element software is used for simulation calculation, a reinforcing form and a hanging ring position are set; and actual hoisting of the U-shaped stainless steel block is carried out. The method not only solves the problem of hoisting deformation of the U-shaped stainless steel block, but also improves the hoisting efficiency.
