The invention provides an emergency supporting and guiding device for superconducting electric magnetic suspension and a maglev train. The device comprises a supporting sliding shoe and a guiding sliding shoe, and the supporting sliding shoe comprises a first shoe body, a first connecting piece, a first abrasion unit, a first mounting shaft, a second mounting shaft, a conical elastic node, a first sliding bearing, a second connecting piece, a buffering actuator cylinder, a first elastic node, a second sliding bearing, a longitudinal connecting rod, a third connecting piece and a second elastic node. The first shoe body comprises a first bottom plate and side plates arranged on the two sides of the first bottom plate, and taper holes and first through holes are formed in the side plates. The guide sliding shoe comprises a second shoe body, a third elastic node, a fourth connecting piece and a second abrasion unit, the second shoe body comprises a second bottom plate and a vertical plate on the second bottom plate, a second through hole is formed in the vertical plate, and the second abrasion unit is connected with the second bottom plate through the fourth connecting piece and corresponds to the guide rail; and the vertical plate is elastically connected with the suspension framework through a third elastic node arranged in the second through hole.
