The invention provides a train lateral turnout limit invasion protection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the route state of a target train, and obtaining the limit invasion state of a front train located in a limit invasion region of a lateral turnout; and formulating an intrusion protection strategy according to the route state of the target train and the intrusion state of the front train. According to the train lateral turnout limit invasion protection method and device provided by the invention, corresponding protection is carried out on the limit invasion of the train on the adjacent lateral track when the target train runs in the turnout section, and logic such as track circuit and interlocking track occupation inspection, position report calculation of a vehicle-mounted system and the like is mainly used; according to the operation characteristics of the freight train under different conditions, the movement authorization in the train operation process is controlled in real time, it is effectively guaranteed that no other train invades the lateral or directional turnout of the adjacent track section of the line in front of the train operation process, and the running safety of the train is improved.

    本发明提供一种列车侧向道岔侵限防护方法及装置,所述方法包括:获取目标列车的进路状态,并获取位于侧向道岔的侵限区域内的前车的侵限状态;根据所述目标列车的进路状态、所述前车的侵限状态,制定侵限防护策略。本发明提供的列车侧向道岔侵限防护方法及装置,对于目标列车运行在道岔区段时相邻侧向轨道上的列车的侵限进行相应防护,主要是使用轨道电路和联锁的轨道占用检查、车载系统的位置报告计算等逻辑,根据不同情况下的货运列车的运行特点实时控制列车运行中的移动授权,有效地保证了列车运行前方线路的相邻轨道区段的侧向或定向道岔上无其它列车的侵入,提高了列车的行车安全性。
