The invention provides a two-gear bridge driving system and a vehicle. A transmission of the two-gear bridge driving system comprises two coaxial planetary gear mechanisms. On one hand, a sun gear shaft of the first planetary gear mechanism and a sun gear shaft of the second planetary gear mechanism are connected together in a manner of being incapable of rotating relatively and are connected with a shell of the transmission through a clutch, and a planet carrier of the second planetary gear mechanism is connected with the shell of the transmission through another clutch; and on the other hand, a gear ring of the first planetary gear mechanism is connected with an input shaft of the transmission, the planet carrier is directly connected with an output shaft of the transmission, and a gear ring of the second planetary gear mechanism is directly connected with the output shaft of the transmission. In the abovementioned way, by means of connection/disconnection of the two clutches, the transmission can transmit torque of a power source to a differential mechanism through two driving gears, gear shifting is stable in the gear shifting process, the phenomenon of power interruption cannot be generated, and therefore extra energy consumption is avoided.
