Therefore, the battery replacing executing mechanism is prevented from being damaged by impact, and the safety of the battery replacing equipment is improved.

    本发明公开了一种换电设备防坠落装置、换电设备及换电设备防坠落方法,换电设备防坠落装置包括卡位机构,卡位机构连接于换电执行机构,并具有第一状态和第二状态,当卡位机构处于第一状态时,卡位机构与换电设备相卡合连接,以阻止换电执行机构向上或向下移动;当卡位机构处于第二状态时,卡位机构与换电设备脱离卡合连接。本发明通过卡位机构实现换电执行机构机构失速下落或者超速上升时的紧急制动。在换电设备失电、驱动换电执行机构的动力装置损坏、换电执行机构的速度过高时,卡位机构进行卡合从而将换电执行机构卡住,避免换电执行机构继续移动。由此避免了换电执行机构受到冲击而损毁,提高换电设备的安全性。
