The invention discloses a real-time energy management control method capable of prolonging the service life of a fuel cell, which comprises a fuel cell, a super capacitor, a motor and an energy management controller; the fuel cell and the super capacitor provide electric energy for the motor through the energy management controller; the fuel cell charges the super capacitor through the energy management controller; the energy management controller is used for controlling power output of the fuel cell and the super capacitor according to the vehicle operation condition in combination with the residual amount of hydrogen in the fuel cell and the SOC value of the residual electric quantity of the super capacitor; the control method is controlled according to the conditions of a fuel cell cold start stage, fuel cell cold start completion, hydrogen consumption and the like. The method has the beneficial effects of simplicity, practicability, small memory occupied by codes and high running speed; the requirement of real-time energy management of the vehicle can be met by only needing very small computing resources; the economical efficiency and the dynamic property of the vehicle are comprehensively improved, and the service life of parts is comprehensively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种可以提高燃料电池使用寿命的实时能量管理控制方法,包括燃料电池、超级电容、电机和能量管理控制器,所述燃料电池和超级电容通过能量管理控制器给电机提供电能,所述燃料电池通过能量管理控制器给超级电容充电;能量管理控制器根据车辆运行工况结合燃料电池内氢气剩余量和超级电容的剩余电量SOC值控制燃料电池和超级电容功率输出;控制方法按照燃料电池冷启动阶段、燃料电池冷启动完成和氢气消耗完等情况进行控制。有益效果:本发明简单实用,代码占用内存小,运行速度快;仅需要很小的计算资源就可以满足车辆实时能量管理的需求;对车辆的经济性、动力性及部件的使用寿命进行了综合提升。
