The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, and discloses an anti-toppling device for an underwater mooring type lifting platform, which comprises a buoy shell, a stress ring is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the middle part of the buoy shell, and a magnetic buckle plate is fixedly mounted at the bottom end in the stress ring; and the bottom end of the magnetic buckle plate is fixedly provided with a gas shrinkage pipe located at the bottom end of the stress ring. By arranging the stress ring and utilizing reverse pushing of airflow, wind power abuts against horizontal drag force, the bottom of the buoy shell is prevented from deviating and inclining, water resistance borne by the outer structure of the buoy shell is effectively reduced by arranging a lower layer bag, a lock catch ring is not prone to being disengaged from the surface of a mooring rope by arranging threads on the inner side of the lock catch ring, the situation that the buoy shell falls into the sea and is lost due to the fact that the buoy shell is separated from the mooring rope is avoided, an upper layer bag is arranged, horizontal drag force cannot drag and accelerate the buoy shell, and the buoy shell can be kept in a non-sinking and non-floating stable state in water.

    本发明涉及海洋工程技术领域,且公开了一种水下系缆式升降平台用防倾倒装置,包括浮标壳体,所述浮标壳体的中部外侧固定安装有受力环,所述受力环的内部底端固定安装有磁扣板,所述磁扣板的底端固定安装有位于受力环的底端的缩气管。本发明通过设置受力环,利用气流的反向推动,使风力与水平拖曳力相抵,避免浮标壳体的底部发生偏移倾斜,通过设置下层袋,有效减轻浮标壳体外部结构所受的水阻力,通过在锁扣环的内侧设置螺纹,使锁扣环不会轻易脱离缆绳的表面,避免浮标壳体与缆绳的脱离,导致浮标壳体落海丢失,通过设置上层袋,令水平拖曳力无法对浮标壳体产生拖拉加速运动,且使浮标壳体在水中可保持不沉不浮的平稳状态。
