The invention relates to a hybrid electric vehicle energy recovery torque gradient control method and system based on ride comfort. After a vehicle enters an energy recovery mode, the gradient of the braking torque of a motor is monitored; and if the gradient is greater than a preset gradient threshold, spline polynomial least square filtering optimization processing is performed on the braking torque of the motor, and the motor works based on the braking torque after filtering optimization processing. Compared with the prior art, in consideration of intervention and quit of motor braking in the braking energy recovery process of the hybrid power vehicle, due to the fact that the characteristic of motor braking torque is different from that of hydraulic braking torque, rising or falling of a large gradient can occur, and then serious ride comfort is caused; and the torque gradient change is recognized, and spline polynomial least square filtering optimization processing is used for corresponding optimization processing, so that the ride comfort of the vehicle reaches a relatively high level.

    本发明涉及一种基于平顺性的混动汽车能量回收力矩梯度控制方法及系统,车辆进入能量回收模式后,监测电机制动力矩的梯度,如果梯度大于预设置的梯度阈值,则对电机的制动力矩进行样条多项式最小二乘滤波优化处理,电机基于滤波优化处理后的制动力矩工作。与现有技术相比,考虑到在混合动力车辆制动能量回收的过程中涉及电机制动的介入与退出,由于电机制动力矩的特性与液压制动力矩不同,会出现很大梯度的上升或下降,进而带来严重的平顺性问题,本申请识别力矩梯度的变化,使用样条多项式最小二乘滤波优化处理进行对应的优化处理,使车辆的平顺性达到较高的水平。
