The invention provides a vehicle tire burst emergency treatment device and method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle passive safety. The vehicle tire burst emergency treatment device comprises a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a height sensor, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, an oil cylinder, a hydraulic pump and a tire pressure monitor;when the tire pressure monitor monitors that the tire in the side where the first hydraulic cylinder is located is punctured, the first electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off flowing of hydraulic oil in an oil pipeline, the first hydraulic cylinder is locked, the first electromagnetic valve is controlled to inject the hydraulic oil into an upper cavity of the first hydraulic cylinder according to the real-time distance monitored by the height sensor, and therefore the distance between an axle on the side where the first hydraulic cylinder is located and a vehicle frame is shortened; at the same time, the second electromagnetic valve is synchronously controlled to inject hydraulic oil into the lower cavity of the second hydraulic cylinder, so that the distance between the axle on one side where the second hydraulic cylinder is located and the frame is increased until the relative positions of the axle and the frame are balanced. Thus, the problems that an existing vehicle is prone to rollover due to tire burst, and serious accidents are caused are solved.

    本发明提供了一种车辆爆胎应急处理装置及方法,涉及车辆被动安全技术领域,包括:第一液压缸,第二液压缸,高度传感器,第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀,油缸,液压泵,胎压监测器,当胎压监测器监测到第一液压缸所在一侧的轮胎爆胎时,控制第一电磁阀切断油管道路中液压油的流动,锁止第一液压缸,根据所述高度传感器监测的实时距离,控制第一电磁阀向第一液压缸的上腔内注入液压油,以缩短第一液压缸所在一侧车桥与车架之间的距离,同步控制第二电磁阀使得第二液压缸的下腔内注入液压油,以增加第二液压缸所在一侧车桥与车架之间的距离,直至车桥与车架相对位置平衡,解决现有车辆爆胎容易导致车辆侧翻,造成严重事故的问题。
