The invention provides a safety avoidance system of a crane. The safety avoidance system comprises a Gray bus device arranged on a cart running channel, a Gray bus data receiver arranged on a cart of the crane, and a controller in communication connection with the Gray bus data receiver, and the controller can control the running state of the cart of the crane. According to the safety avoidance system of the crane, the real-time position information of the cart of the crane is detected in real time by utilizing the position of a Gray bus and is sent to the Gray bus data receiver, the Gray bus data receiver sends the received real-time position information of the cart to the controller, the controller judges the distance between the carts of the two adjacent cranes according to the real-time position information of the cart so as to control the running state of the cart according to the distance, such as controlling the cart to decelerate or stop, so that the carts of the two adjacent cranes are prevented from colliding, the safe avoidance function is realized, and meanwhile, with the avoidance control mode, higher operation safety of the crane can be ensured.

    本发明提供一种起重机安全避让系统,包括设置在大车运行通道上的格雷母线装置、设置在起重机的大车上的格雷母线数据接收器、及与格雷母线数据接收器通信连接的控制器,所述控制器能控制起重机的大车的运行状态。本发明利用格雷母线位置实时检测起重机的大车的实时位置信息,并发送给格雷母线数据接收器,格雷母线数据接收器再将接收的大车的实时位置信息发送给控制器,控制器根据大车的实时位置信息判断出相邻两个起重机的大车的间距,从而根据间距控制大车的运行状态,比如控制大车减速或停止等,以避免相邻两个起重机的大车发生碰撞,实现安全避让功能,且此种避让控制方式,能保证起重机运行的安全性更高。
