The invention provides an electrically-driven crawler electro-hydraulic composite braking control system and method based on target deceleration. The method comprises the following steps: braking the electrically driven crawler by adopting a general initial braking strategy; after the braking operation is implemented under the general braking working condition, collecting the vehicle speed, the braking strength and the state of charge of a battery of the electrically-driven crawler by a vehicle control unit; and when the speed of the electrically-driven crawler is larger than or equal to 0 and smaller than or equal to 20, and the electric quantity is larger than or equal to 0.1 and smaller than or equal to 0.8, recycling braking energy, and braking the electrically-driven crawler through an emergency braking strategy. The system comprises an ECU, an HCU, an energy recovery system and the like. The system has the advantages that: kinetic energy is converted into electric energy and stored in the energy storage device, so that the energy utilization efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and the driving mileage of the whole vehicle is increased; and an emergency braking strategy adopts a compound braking control method of the crawler, electro-hydraulic compound braking is adopted, the proportion of the two is reasonably distributed, and the safety performance of the crawler is improved.

    本发明提供了基于目标减速度的电驱动履带车电液复合制动控制系统和方法,方法步骤包括采用一般初始制动策略对电驱动履带车进行制动;在一般制动工况下实施制动操作后,整车控制器采集电驱动履带车的车速、制动强度及电池的荷电状态;当电驱动履带车处于0≤车速≤20,0.1≤电量≤0.8状态时,回收制动能量并通过紧急制动策略对电驱动履带车进行制动;系统包括ECU、HCU和能量回收系统等。具有以下优点:将动能转化为电能并储存于储能器中,以提高整车的能量利用效率,增加整车的行驶里程;紧急制动策略采用履带车复合制动控制方法,采用电液复合制动,合理分配二者之间的比例,提高履带车安全性能。
