The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air outlet of an automobile air conditioner. The method comprises the steps that S1, all parts of the air outlet of the automobile air conditioner are manufactured, and a horizontal blade is manufactured through a mold; a shell, a cover body, a vertical blade body and a sealing part are manufactured through 3D printing; and S2, assembling is conducted, specifically, the vertical blade body and the sealing part are bonded, and a vertical blade is formed; and the vertical blade and the horizontal blade are installed on one side of the cover body, and the cover body and the shell are fixed in an inserted and matched mode. Through the scheme provided by the invention, the air outlet of the automobile air conditioner conforming to functional tests can be manufactured, a mold part in a sample automobile trial-manufacturing stage can be replaced to carry out the related functional test, the structural optimization of batch parts is guided, the manufacturing period is short, and the cost is low.

    本发明涉及一种汽车空调出风口的制造方法。该制造方法包括步骤S1,制造所述汽车空调出风口的各零件,利用模具制造所述水平叶片;利用3D打印制造所述壳体、罩体、竖直叶片本体和密封部;步骤S2,装配,将所述竖直叶片本体和密封部粘合,形成所述竖直叶片;在所述罩体一侧装入所述竖直叶片和水平叶片,将所述罩体与壳体接插配合固定。通过本发明提供的方案有助于制造出符合功能性试验的汽车空调出风口,可以代替样车试制阶段的模具件进行相关的功能性试验,指导批量零件的结构优化,制造周期短、成本低。
