The invention discloses a hub motor double-cooling heat dissipation system. The system comprises an air cooling device and an oil cooling device, the air cooling device comprises a fan arranged in a hub motor cooling cavity and a wind wheel arranged on an automobile chassis, the wind direction of the wind wheel faces a hub motor shell, an oil guide channel is connected to an outlet of an oil injection pump of the oil cooling device, and cooling oil flows to a main heat dissipation component through the oil guide channel, then gathers into the cooling cavity and then is led to the cooling oil cylinder through an external cooling device. A temperature sensor monitors air temperature, a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor respectively monitor acceleration and braking states of an automobile, the fan in a cooling cavity is started during acceleration, the external wind wheel is started during braking, and an oil cooling system is started when the temperature reaches a preset threshold value. The heat dissipation effect is good, the heat dissipation mode can be adjusted according to the actual state of an automobile, the system energy consumption is low, the fan arranged in the cooling cavity can accelerate falling of cooling oil, the cooling efficiency of the oil cooling device is improved, dust and sundries can be prevented from being accumulated in the motor, and the influence on the unsprung quality is small.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂电机双冷却散热系统,包括风冷装置和油冷装置,风冷装置包括设置在轮毂电机冷却腔中的风扇以及设置在汽车底盘上,风向朝向轮毂电机外壳的风轮,油冷装置的喷油泵出口连接有导油通道,冷却油经导油通道流向主要散热部件后汇总冷却腔,继而经外部冷却装置通向冷却油缸;由温度传感器监测气温,第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别监测汽车的加速和制动状态,加速时开启冷却腔内风扇,制动时开启外部风轮,温度到达设定阈值时开启油冷系统。散热效果好,能够根据汽车实际状态调整散热方式,系统能耗低,冷却腔内设置的风扇可加快冷却油的下落,提升油冷装置的冷却效率,能够避免电机内部积累灰尘杂物,且对簧下质量影响小。
