The invention provides a high-speed steel vacuum heat treatment process which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment is conducted, specifically, high-speed steel is conveyed into a heating furnace through a transfer trolley, the temperature of the heating furnace is lower than 200 DEG C, the temperature is increased to 300-400 DEG C, and methyl alcohol is continuously introduced in the temperature increasing process; S2, heat treatment is conducted, specifically, firstly, the heating furnace continues to be heated to 550-650 DEG C for first-stage heat treatment, then the heating furnace is heated to 750-850 DEG C for second-stage heat treatment, and finally the heating furnace is heated to 1000-1020 DEG C for third-stage heat treatment; S3, quenching cooling is conducted, specifically, the high-speed steel is subjected to oil cooling to 400-430 DEG C, taken out and then placed in air to be cooled to 100-150 DEG C; and S4, tempering treatment is conducted, specifically, the quenched and cooled high-speed steel is subjected to tempering treatment at the temperature of 540-580 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 6-9 h, the high-speed steel is naturally cooled to the room temperature in air after tempering treatment, and tempering is conducted 2-4 times.

    本发明提供了一种高速钢真空热处理工艺,具体包括如下步骤:S1、预处理:利用转运车将高速钢送入加热炉内,加热炉的温度小于200℃,升温至300‑400℃,在升温的过程中,不断通入甲醇;S2、热处理:首先将加热炉继续升温至550‑650℃进行第一阶段热处理,接着将加热炉升温至750‑850℃进行第二阶段热处理,最后将加热炉升温至1000‑1020℃进行第三阶段热处理;S3、淬火冷却:将高速钢油冷至400‑430℃取出,再放在空气中冷却至100‑150℃;S4、回火处理:将淬火冷却后的高速钢在540‑580℃进行回火处理,保温时间为6‑9h,回火处理后在空气中自然冷却至室温,回火次数为2‑4次。
