The invention discloses a storable driver operation screen mounting structure and a use method. The storable driver operation screen mounting structure is arranged at the lower end in a driver operation table, and the storable driver operation screen mounting structure comprises a shell assembly, hinge mechanisms, a bolt and a gasket; the shell assembly comprises two fan-shaped side plates, a vertical rectangular front plate and a rectangular back plate with radian; a through groove is formed in the rectangular front plate, and an operation screen is arranged on the through groove of the rectangular front plate; two sides of the rectangular front plate are respectively provided with a fan-shaped side plate, the fan-shaped side plates are respectively connected with the rectangular front plate and the rectangular back plate, and the bottom end of the rectangular front plate is connected with the bottom end of the rectangular back plate; the number of the hinge mechanisms is two, each hinge mechanism comprises a positioning hinge, a rotating shaft and a fixing shaft, each positioning hinge comprises two rotating parts capable of rotating and positioning relatively, and the rotating shafts and the fixing shafts are connected with the rotating parts respectively. The special hinge is arranged, clamping and stopping can be conducted at a certain angle, and a driver can select a comfortable angle to conduct operation.

    本发明公开了一种可收纳式的司机操作屏安装结构及使用方法,设置于司机操作台内部下端,包括壳体组件、铰链机构、螺栓和垫圈;壳体组件包括两块扇形侧板、竖直的矩形正板和带弧度的矩形背板;矩形正板部分开设有通槽,操作屏设置于矩形正板的通槽上;矩形正板的两侧各设有一块扇形侧板,扇形侧板分别连接矩形正板和矩形背板,矩形正板底端与矩形背板底端连接;铰链机构的数量为两个,每个铰链机构包括定位铰链、旋转轴和固定轴,定位铰链包括两个可相对旋转和定位的转动部,旋转轴和固定轴分别连接一个转动部。本发明设置有特制铰链,能够在一定的角度进行卡止,使驾驶员能够选择自己舒适的角度进行操作。
