The invention discloses a method for predicting the influence of vehicle lane change on traffic operation efficiency, which relates to the field of traffic control, and comprises the following that firstly, vehicle lane change trajectory data are extracted, the trajectory data are analyzed, vehicle lane change behaviors are extracted, and variables of vehicle interaction in lane change are determined; microscopic traffic variables are used to predict the flow change of the vehicle lane change influence (LCI), a comprehensive calculation method is provided to predict the influence of the change of the traffic volume on the traffic operation efficiency, a regression support vector machine (SVR) model is established, the SVR model is used to predict the flow change of the LCI, and finally sensitivity analysis is carried out on the FC (flow change model) to determine that the method is effective in traffic efficiency prediction. The method can help to predict the flow change influence caused by the lane change of the vehicle, and formulate the optimal lane change strategy, thereby improving the operation efficiency of the road traffic.

    本发明公开了一种车辆换道对交通运行效率影响的预测方法,涉及交通控制领域,包括如下步骤:首先提取车辆变道轨迹数据,并对轨迹数据进行分析,提取车辆换道行为,确定车道变化中车辆相互作用的变量,使用微观交通变量预测车辆变道影响(LCI)的流量变化,通过提出一种综合计算的方法来预测交通量的变化对交通运行效率的影响,建立回归支持向量机模型(SVR),运用SVR模型预测LCI的流量变化,最后通过对FC(流量变化模型)进行灵敏度分析,确定本方法对交通效率的预测有效;本发明可以帮助预测车辆变道带来的流量变化影响,并制定最佳的车道变化策略,从而改善道路交通的运行效率。
