The vibration sensor monitors the vibration data of a straight rail switch rail and a curved rail switch rail respectively, a reference plate is oriented perpendicular to the direction of a train, the orientation of a longitudinal reference plate is tangent to the advancing direction of the train, the displacement sensor and the longitudinal displacement sensor are fixedly installed on the ground, the displacement sensor corresponds to the reference plate, the longitudinal displacement sensor corresponds to the longitudinal reference plate and detects the distance between the longitudinal displacement sensor and the longitudinal reference plate, and the abrasion detectors are installed near the straight rail switch rail and the curved rail switch rail respectively to respectively detect the abrasion loss of the straight rail switch rail and the curved rail switch rail. The monitoring device has the substantive effects that comprehensive on-line monitoring of the turnout working condition is realized by monitoring the transverse displacement, longitudinal displacement, vibration and abrasion loss data of the switch rails, and the driving safety of the train is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及监测设备技术领域,具体涉及一种道岔工况在线监测装置,包括振动传感器、位移传感器、纵向位移传感器、磨损检测器、汇集器和上位机,振动传感器分别监测直轨尖轨和曲轨尖轨的振动数据,参考板朝向与列车前进方向垂直,纵向参考板朝向与列车前进方向相切,位移传感器和纵向位移传感器均固定安装在地面上,位移传感器与参考板对应,纵向位移传感器与纵向参考板对应,检测与纵向参考板之间的距离,磨损检测器分别安装在直轨尖轨和曲轨尖轨附近,分别检测直轨尖轨和曲轨尖轨的磨损量。本发明的实质性效果是:通过监测尖轨的横向位移、纵向位移、振动和磨损量数据,实现了道岔工况的全面在线监测,保障列车的行车安全。
