The invention relates to a coil vibration reduction pod device capable of being rapidly disassembled and assembled for an aviation large-size magnetic sensor. A vibration reduction pod comprises multiple straight pipes, multiple bent pipes, a rope positioning protection ring and screws, wherein the straight pipes and the bent pipes are alternately connected in series to form an overall polygonal pod structure; the rope positioning protection ring is arranged on the bent pipes, is of an annular structure, is provided with an annular groove, is used for fixing a hanging cable and is made of a nylon material; the vibration reduction pod is of a sectional type detachable sleeve pipe structure, two ends of each straight pipe and two ends of each bent pipe are provided with sleeving structures, and the caliber of the tail end of the left side of the straight pipe is larger than that of the right side of the bent pipe, so that the tail end of the right side of the bent pipe can be embedded into the tail end of the left side of the bent pipe, the caliber of the left side of the bent pipe is larger than that of the tail end of the right side of the straight pipe, so that the tail end of the right side of the straight pipe can be embedded into the tail end of the left side of the bent pipe, and rivet holes and built-in thread fastening aluminum strips are reserved at the tail ends of the left side and the right side of the straight pipe and the tail ends of the left side and the right side of the bent pipe; and a plurality of straight pipes and bent pipes are assembled into the complete polygonal magnetic sensor coil pod device.

    本发明涉及一种可快速拆装的航空大尺寸磁传感器线圈减振吊舱装置,该减振吊舱包括多段直管、多段弯管、绳缆定位保护环和螺钉;所述直管、弯管交替串接形成总体的多边形吊舱结构;所述绳缆定位保护环设置在弯管上,为环形结构,设置有环形凹槽,用于固定吊缆,采用尼龙材料制成,减振吊舱采用分段式可拆装套管结构,所述直管和弯管两端设计套接结构,直管左侧末端的口径大于弯管右侧,使得弯管右侧末端可以嵌入直管左侧末端中,弯管左侧的口径大于直管右侧末端,使得直管右侧末端可以嵌入弯管左侧末端中,直管和弯管左右两侧末端均预留有铆钉孔和含有内置螺纹紧固铝条,将多根直管和弯管组装成完整的多边形磁传感器线圈吊舱装置。
