The invention discloses a true wood double-material injection molding special-effect light-transmitting structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The true wood double-material injection molding special-effect light-transmitting structure comprises a true wood layer, a base layer, a backlight module and an MCU mainboard which are fixedly stacked in sequence. A light-proof area and a light-transmitting area are formed on the base layer; a plane formed by the backlight module can be transmitted to the surface of the true wood layer through a light-transmitting area on the substrate layer to form a light-emitting area, the backlight module is electrically connected with a control circuit on the MCU mainboard, and the manufacturing method of the backlight module comprises the steps that firstly, the base layer is formed in a double-material injection molding mode, then the true wood veneer is cut and compounded to the surface of the base layer, the wood veneer is ground and filled with putty, then manual grinding is conducted, then the wood veneer is colored, finish paint is sprayed after the wood veneer is dried, finally, the base layer and the backlight module are fixedly installed, the MCU mainboard is electrically connected with the backlight module. An attractive true wood layer is formed on the surface of the interior trim, and light penetrates through the true wood layer to form the soft atmosphere light effect.

    本发明公开了一种真木双料注塑特效透光结构及其的制作方法,真木双料注塑特效透光结构包括顺序固定叠设的真木层、基底层、背光模块和MCU主板,基底层形成有不透光区域和透光区域,背光模块形成的平面能经基底层上的透光区域透射到真木层表面形成发光区,背光模块与MCU主板上的控制电路电性连接,其制作方法为先采用双料注塑方式形成基底层,然后裁切真木木皮并将其复合到基底层表面,对木皮进行打磨和填腻后再进行手工打磨,然后给木皮上色并在干燥后喷面漆,最后将基底层和背光模块固定安装并将MCU主板与背光模块电性连接,本发明使得内饰表面形成美观的真木层,灯光透过真木层形成柔和的氛围灯光效果。
