The invention discloses a high-power tractor HMCVT variable speed control method based on PID in the technical field of tractor variable speed. The method comprises the steps that S1, instruction are triggered, specifically, a control speed change bar on a trigger mechanism is manually moved, and different current information can be generated when the control speed change bar makes contact with contact points of different gear speed change in the moving process; S2, the instructions are issued, specifically, the instructions are given to a pump, a motor, a continuously variable transmission and an engine through a pid controller at the same time, and the instructions react continuously; and S3, performance is monitored, specifically, the performance of a tractor is detected and arranged in the variable-speed walking process of the tractor, a detection and arrangement unit comprises a prompting unit and a checking unit, a variable-speed instruction can be quickly responded and implemented, the detection and arrangement unit is relatively stable, indexes in the running process of the tractor can be monitored in the using process, abnormity prompting can be conducted, abnormal conditions can be warned, the problem of generating abnormal indexes is prevented from being continuously aggravated, people can conveniently know the vehicle condition, and use is convenient.

    本发明公开了拖拉机变速技术领域的一种基于PID的大功率拖拉机HMCVT变速控制方法,S1:触发指令;通过触发机构上的控制变速条进行手动的移动,控制变速条移动的过程中接触不同档位变速的接触点会产生不同的电流信息;S2:下达指令;通过pid控制器同时对泵、马达、无级变速器与发动机进行下达指令,其接连反应;S3:性能监测;在拖拉机变速行走的过程中对其性能进行检排,检排单元包括有提示单元与排查单元,能够快速的对变速的指令进行反应并实施,较为稳定,且在使用的过程中能够对拖拉机行驶过程中的指标进行监测,并能够进行异常提示,能够将异常情况进行警示,避免产生异常指标的问题继续加剧,便于人们了解车况,较为使用。
