The invention discloses an energy storage type vehicle and a safety interlocking structure and method thereof, and relates to the technical field of energy storage type vehicles. The energy storage power source is connected with a control box, switch control units are arranged in a box body of the control box, and the switch control units are connected between the energy storage power source and a vehicle main loop. Each switch control unit comprises a first switch and a second manual switch. The second manual switch further comprises a first handle for controlling the second manual switch to be switched on and switched off; and a first limiting column is arranged in the inner side of the control box door and located above the first handle disconnection position. When the first handle is in the disconnection position, the first limiting column interferes with the first handle, and the control box door cannot be closed. According to the invention, a non-electricity environment for vehicle maintenance is ensured, and meanwhile, safe maintenance of high-voltage electrical apparatus elements in a vehicle high-voltage electrical box is realized on the premise that a super-capacitor energy storage power supply is not discharged.

    本发明公开了一种储能式车辆及其安全联锁结构和方法,涉及储能式车辆技术领域。所述储能电源连接的有控制箱,所述控制箱的箱体内设有开关控制单元,所述开关控制单元接在所述储能电源与车辆主回路之间;每个所述开关控制单元包括第一开关和第二手动开关。所述第二手动开关还包括控制所述第二手动开关闭合与断开的第一手柄;所述控制箱门内侧在所述第一手柄断开位的正上方设有第一限位柱。当所述第一手柄处于断开位,所述第一限位柱与所述第一手柄干涉,所述控制箱门无法关闭本发明确保车辆检修的无电环境,同时实现在不对超级电容储能电源放电的前提下,对车辆高压电气箱内高压电器元件的安全检修。
