The invention discloses a high-speed railway train stage adjusting method and system, and relates to the technical field of intelligent dispatching of high-speed railway trains. The method comprises the steps of obtaining static line information and dynamic delay information related to train scheduling; taking the minimum train total delay time influenced by emergencies as a target, considering constraint conditions in high-speed railway train scheduling, and establishing a high-speed railway train driving scheduling model according to the acquired information, including a target function and the constraint conditions; according to the high-speed railway train running scheduling model, determining the specific arrival and departure time of the train influenced by the emergencies at each station influenced by the emergencies by using an improved ant colony algorithm, and then obtaining an initial train stage adjustment plan; and determining a final train phase adjustment plan with reference to the initial train phase adjustment plan by the train dispatcher. When the train is delayed due to an emergency, the delay time of the delayed train and the number of the delayed trains are effectively reduced, and a feasible scheme for reference is provided for dispatchers during high-speed train dispatching and stage plan adjustment.

    本发明公开了一种高速铁路列车阶段调整方法与系统,涉及高速铁路列车智能调度技术领域。获取列车调度相关的静态线路信息和动态晚点信息;以受突发事件影响列车总晚点时间最小为目标,考虑高速铁路列车调度中的约束条件,根据获取的信息建立高速铁路列车行车调度模型,包括目标函数和约束条件;根据高速铁路列车行车调度模型,利用改进蚁群算法确定受突发事件影响列车在受突发事件影响的每个车站的具体到发时刻,进而得到初始列车阶段调整计划;列车调度员参考初始列车阶段调整计划确定最终列车阶段调整计划。在列车因突发事件发生晚点时有效减少晚点列车晚点时间和晚点列车数量,为调度员在高铁列车调度和阶段计划调整时提供可供参考的可行方案。
