The invention relates to a vehicle detection method and device, and aims to improve the detection efficiency of peccancy vehicle detection. In the method, the detection device can firstly obtain a to-be-detected image, then the detection device can determine a vehicle existing in the image, and when determining that the vehicle in the image violates peccancy elements, the detection device sends out a vehicle peccancy indication. In the whole vehicle detection process, manual participation is not needed any more, and efficient vehicle detection can be achieved through the detection device. After the detection device determines that the vehicle violates the violation elements, the detection device can give out an instruction, and the timeliness of violation vehicle detection can be ensured.

    一种车辆检测方法以及装置,以提高违章车辆检测的检测效率,该方法中,检测装置可以先获取待检测的图像,之后,检测装置可以确定图像中存在的车辆,在确定图像中该车辆违反了违章要素时,发出车辆违章的指示。在整个车辆检测过程中,不再需要人工参与,借由检测装置可以实现高效的车辆检测。检测装置在确定车辆违反违章要素后,即可发出指示,能够保证违章车辆检测的时效性。
