According to the device, the modes of pure electric low-speed starting, parallel driving, series-parallel driving, fixed mechanical gear and the like are achieved through the engine, the two motors, the three planet rows, the three clutches and the two brakes. According to the device, the engine can normally work in a high-efficiency area, the motors can achieve braking energy recovery and effectively save energy and reduce emission, meanwhile, the two motors are low in power requirement, the size of a transmission device is reduced, the weight of a gearbox is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. According to the device, switching of multiple modes can be achieved, the requirement for the battery capacity is small, and the endurance mileage of an automobile is increased; the device is further provided with a mechanical gear, and the transmission efficiency can be improved.
