The invention provides an electric vehicle charging pile management system and method. The system comprises N charging management subsystems. Each charging management subsystem comprises a server and a plurality of charging piles in communication connection with the server; the servers of the N charging management subsystems form a local area network; the system further comprises a timing module, a monitoring module and a state judgment module. The monitoring module is used for monitoring network port information of the slave server; when the network port state is abnormal, the slave server with the abnormal network port state actively reports network port information to the master server; and the state judgment module is used for judging that the network port state of the slave server is normal when the network port information returned by the slave server is received within a set time range, or else, considering that the network port state of the slave server is abnormal. Therefore, the effect of improving the timeliness of the operation data management of the charging pile is achieved.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车充电桩管理系统及方法,所述系统包括N个充电管理子系统;每个充电管理子系统包括服务器和与服务器通信连接的若干充电桩;N个充电管理子系统的服务器之间组成局域网;该系统还包括定时模块、监测模块和状态判断模块;监测模块,用于监测从服务器的网口信息;当网口状态异常时,该网口状态异常的从服务器主动向主服务器上报网口信息;状态判断模块,用于当在设定的时间范围内收到从服务器返回的网口信息时,判断该从服务器网口状态正常,否则,认为该从服务器的网口状态异常。从而达成了提高充电桩运作数据管理的时效性的效果。
