The invention relates to an adjustable frame cross beam. The frame cross beam comprises a first side support, an adjusting support and a second side support, one end of the first side support is connected with a frame on one side, the other end of the first side support is connected with one end of the second side support through the adjusting support, and the other end of the second side support is connected with a frame on the other side; a plurality of assembling holes connected with the first side support and the second side support are evenly formed in the adjusting support in the length direction, and during assembling, the overall length of the cross beam is adjusted by selecting different assembling holes. The design of the three-section type structure (the first side support, the adjusting support and the second side support) and the assembling holes is adopted, so that the cross beam can adapt to different vehicle frame widths, such as 800 mm, 850 mm and 940 mm, and the installation requirements of different parts are met.
