本发明涉及一种基于物联网通信的双天线胎压监测系统及其监测方法,包括控制器、天线三通转接头、天线延长线、胎压传感器、前桥天线、后桥天线,控制器通过天线延长线与天线三通转接头连接,天线三通转接头另通过延长线分别与前桥天线、后桥天线连接,前桥天线及后桥天线均与至少一个胎压传感器间建立无线数据通讯连接,天线三通转接头、天线延长线、前桥天线、后桥天线均与车辆底盘连接,胎压传感器分别与车辆前桥位置及后桥位置的轮胎连接。其监测方法包括设备装配及胎压检测。本发明一方面可有效满足多种车辆配套使用的需要,并可实现快速灵活调整胎压传感器的数量;另一方面在运行中极大的提高了胎压检测数据采集的工作效率和精度。

    The invention relates to a double-antenna tire pressure monitoring system based on Internet-of-things communication and a monitoring method thereof, the double-antenna tire pressure monitoring system comprises a controller, an antenna three-way adapter, an antenna extension line, a tire pressure sensor, a front axle antenna and a rear axle antenna, the controller is connected with the antenna three-way adapter through the antenna extension line; the antenna three-way adapter is further connected with a front axle antenna and a rear axle antenna through extension lines, the front axle antenna and the rear axle antenna are both in wireless data communication connection with at least one tire pressure sensor, and the antenna three-way adapter, the antenna extension lines, the front axle antenna and the rear axle antenna are all connected with a vehicle chassis. And the tire pressure sensors are respectively connected with tires at the front axle position and the rear axle position of the vehicle. The monitoring method comprises the steps of equipment assembly and tire pressure detection. On one hand, the requirement for matched use of various vehicles can be effectively met, and the number of the tire pressure sensors can be rapidly and flexibly adjusted; and on the other hand, the working efficiency and precision of tire pressure detection data acquisition are greatly improved during operation.
