The invention discloses a cross-threshold conveying method for ship heavy objects. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a heavy object conveying device; step 2, conveying the heavy objects on a structural bracket to a threshold; step 3, enabling the structural bracket to be in a horizontal state, rotating an end supporting leg close to one side of the threshold to be in a horizontal state, moving the structural bracket, and enabling the end supporting leg close to one side of the threshold to cross the threshold; step 4, reversely rotating the end supporting leg crossing the threshold to be in the vertical state, adjusting the end supporting leg to be fixedly connected with the structural bracket, moving the structural bracket, and enabling a middle supporting leg to cross the threshold; step 5, adjusting the middle supporting leg to be in shaft connection with the structural bracket, adjusting the end supporting leg located on the outer side of the threshold to be in shaft connection with the structural bracket, and enabling the end supporting leg located on the outer side of the threshold to cross the threshold; and step 6, resetting the end supporting leg and the middle supporting leg. The method can be suitable for a complex operation environment on a ship, greatly improves the construction efficiency, and saves manpower and material resources.
本发明公开了一种船舶重物跨门槛输送方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制造重物输送装置;步骤二、将结构托架上的重物输送至门槛处;步骤三、使结构托架处于水平状态,转动靠近门槛一侧的端部支撑腿为水平状态,移动结构托架,使靠近门槛一侧的端部支撑腿越过门槛;步骤四、反向转动越过门槛的端部支撑腿使其处于垂直状态,调节端部支撑腿与结构托架为固定连接,移动结构托架,使中间支撑腿越过门槛;步骤五、调节中间支撑腿与结构托架为轴连接,调节位于门槛外侧的端部支撑腿与结构托架为轴连接,使位于门槛外侧的端部支撑腿越过门槛;步骤六、将端部支撑腿与中间支撑腿复位。本发明能适用于船上较复杂的作业环境,极大提高施工效率,节省人力物力。
