The invention discloses a regenerative braking control device for a new energy vehicle. The regenerative braking control device structurally comprises a telescopic sleeve device, a sliding spline groove, a transmission shaft pipe, an oil seal, a connector and an oil injection end. When the regenerative braking control device is used, through the arranged telescopic sleeve mechanism, the regenerative braking control device can avoid the problems that in the regenerative braking energy recovery process of the vehicle, due to the action of the reverse force of the regenerative braking control device, the vehicle braking process can generate front-back running and instability, in the process, the sliding spline groove is prone to being structurally damaged, lubricating oil is also quite inconvenient to add to the specific position of the sliding spline groove, meanwhile, braking is not smooth, and the driving experience feeling is also affected; and the regenerative braking control device can automatically permeate lubricating oil in an oil storage groove into a gap of the sliding spline groove through contact between the sliding spline groove and a contact head under mutual cooperation of an oil outlet device, the service life of the sliding spline groove is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the stable transition process is brought to the vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车再生制动控制装置,其结构包括:伸缩套筒装置、滑动花键槽、传动轴管、油封、连接头、注油端头,使设备使用时,通过设有的伸缩套筒机构,使本发明能够实现避免汽车在进行再生制动能量回收的过程中,由于其反向力的作用导致车辆制动过程会产生前后闯动,不平稳的现象发生,在此过程中容易对滑动花键槽造成结构损坏,滑动花键槽特定的位置添加润滑油也颇为不便,同时制动的不平顺,也会影响驾驶体验感受的问题,使设备通过滑动花键槽与接触头的接触,进而在出油器装置的相互配合下,能够将蓄油槽内的润滑油自动渗透到滑动花键槽的间隙中,有效保证滑动花键槽的使用寿命,同时给车辆带来较为平稳的过渡过程。
