The invention discloses a torsion-proof arm section structure and an electric derrick thereof. The torsion-proof arm section structure comprises an arm section frame structure (I). One end of the arm section frame structure (I) is connected with a rocker arm. The torsion-proof arm section structure is characterized in that an arm section head structure (II) is connected to the outer side of the other end of the arm section frame structure (I), a cross beam (III) is connected to the lower portion of the arm section head structure (II), the installation direction of the arm section frame structure (I) is perpendicular to the length direction of the cross beam (III) in different planes, a second pulley assembly communicating with a steel wire rope between the rocker arm and a lifting hook is arranged on the cross beam (III), and the second pulley assembly comprises a first anti-winding pulley with the rotating plane parallel to the vertical plane of an arm frame and a second anti-winding pulley with the rotating plane perpendicular to the vertical plane of the arm frame. The torsion-proof arm section structure and the electric derrick are reasonable in structural design, safe, reliable, detachable, convenient to transport and capable of effectively preventing twisting under the condition that the structural strength and use requirements are met.

    本发明公开一种防扭臂节结构及其电力抱杆,包括臂节框架结构(Ⅰ),其一端连接摇臂,其特征在于:在臂节框架结构(Ⅰ)另一端外侧连接臂节头部结构(Ⅱ),在臂节头部结构(Ⅱ)下方连接横梁(Ⅲ),臂节框架结构(Ⅰ)安装方向与横梁(Ⅲ)长度方向异面垂直,横梁(Ⅲ)上设有联通摇臂与吊钩之间钢丝绳的第二滑轮组件,所述第二滑轮组件包括转动平面与臂架竖直平面相平行的第一防缠绕滑轮,以及转动平面与臂架竖直平面垂直的第二防缠绕滑轮。本发明结构设计合理,在满足结构强度及使用要求的情况下,安全可靠,可拆卸,运输便利,可以有效的防扭。
