The invention discloses an optimal safe path acquisition method based on time-varying road conditions. The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining time-phased speed change and distribution rules of each road section between a starting point and a destination point through historical data analysis; 2, establishing a function relationship between the travel risk, the passing time, the travel oil consumption and the time-varying speed of each road section; 3, solving a K shortest circuit and an initial total fuel consumption, and establishing a time constraint condition and a fuel consumption constraint condition; and 4, establishing a Lagrange relaxation model to solve an original path planning problem so as to obtain a minimum risk path meeting each constraint condition. According to the invention, for various drivers driving on the road, time-varying road conditions, fuel consumption and time cost are emphatically considered, road section induction is carried out in advance in travel route planning, an accident high-incidence period is ensured to be avoided, and travel efficiency and fuel consumption cost are both considered, so that personal travel safety and stability and high efficiency of social traffic are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于时变路况的最优安全路径获取方法,其步骤包括:1、通过历史数据分析确定起讫点间各路段的分时段速度变化及分布规律;2、将出行风险、通行时间、出行油耗与各路段的时变速度建立函数关系;3、求解K最短路以及初始油耗总量建立时间约束条件和油耗约束条件;4、建立拉格朗日松弛模型对原路径规划问题进行求解,从而得到满足各约束条件的最小风险路径。本发明针对道路上行驶的各类驾驶员,着重考虑时变路况以及油耗及时间成本,在出行路径规划中提前进行路段诱导,确保避开事故高发期,兼顾出行效率和油耗成本,从而保障个人出行安全及社会交通的稳定高效。
