The invention relates to a method for conducting laser shocking peening on a ship body. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a carrying device (1) is adsorbed to the surface of a ship body to be strengthened; a steering tube (23) and a focusing tube (24) are adjusted to enable the focusing tube (24) to be perpendicular to the surface of the ship body to be strengthened; a paint spraying nozzle (43) sprays black paint to the surface of a base body to form an absorbing layer; a water spray nozzle (46) sprays water to the absorbing layer to form a restraint layer; and finally, a position of a guide rod group and an angle of a corresponding reflecting mirror (29) in each movable joint are adjusted, so that parallel laser beams expanded by a beam expander (32) pass through the reflecting mirrors (29), reach the interior of the focusing tube (24) along guide rods (22) and the steering tube (23), and are focused on the absorbing layer under the action of a photoscope (210) to generate laser shock and strengthen the base body. The method has the advantages that a structure is portable and small, an application range is wide, a ship structure is strengthened, and the ship body can bear higher impact.

    本发明涉及一种激光冲击强化船体的方法,首先将运载装置(1)吸附在待强化船体的表面;调整转向管(23)和聚焦管(24),使聚焦管(24)垂直于带强化船体的表面;喷漆嘴(43)向基体表面喷上黑漆,形成吸收层;喷水嘴(46)向吸收层上喷水,形成约束层;最后调整导向杆组的位置和各个活动关节内的反射镜(29)角度,使经过扩束器(32)扩展后的平行激光束通过反射镜(29),沿着导向杆(22)和转向管(23)到达聚焦管(24)内,并在透视镜(210)的作用下聚焦于吸收层上,产生激光冲击,强化基体。本发明的优点是结构便携小巧,适用范围广,强化了船体结构,使船体可以经受更强的冲击。
