The invention discloses a braking device with an electrical redundancy control function and a using method thereof. The braking device comprises a resistor cabinet, exhaust holes are formed in the resistor cabinet, and an exhaust mechanism for discharging heat generated on a resistor during train braking is arranged in the resistor cabinet; and the exhaust mechanism is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism arranged in the resistor cabinet, and a function opening and closing mechanism capable of adjusting the size of the exhaust holes according to the heat of the resistor is arranged in the resistor cabinet. Different from the prior art, the braking device with electrical redundancy control function and the using method thereof not only can effectively discharge heat generated by train braking into the atmosphere, but also can adjust the opening size of the exhaust holes according to the real-time temperature in the resistor cabinet, an exhaust shaft can be prevented from being blocked by external sundries while effective heat dissipation is achieved, the situation that the resistor cabinet is damaged due to poor heat dissipation is avoided, and high practicability is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种具有电气冗余控制功能的制动装置及其使用方法,包括电阻柜,所述电阻柜上开设有排风孔,所述电阻柜内设置有将列车制动时电阻上产生的热量进行排出的排风机构,所述排风机构传动连接有设置在电阻柜内的驱动机构,所述电阻柜内设置有能够根据电阻热量调节排风孔大小的功能开合机构,此具有电气冗余控制功能的制动装置及其使用方法,区别于现有技术,不仅能够将列车制动产生的热量有效的排放到大气中去,且能够根据电阻柜内的实时温度来调节排风孔开放的大小,在实现有效散热的同时也能够防止外界的杂物将排风井堵住,避免了因散热不佳而导致的电阻柜损坏的情况,非常实用。
