The invention relates to the technical field of traffic, in particular to a configuration method for emergency police dispatching points in an accident-prone area. The method comprises: including accident distribution characteristics and accident high-incidence time periods; determining accident-prone points and latitude and longitude coordinates of each accident-prone point; generating a road network schematic diagram, and calculating the shortest time distance between the accident-prone points; generating a road network structure topological graph; and obtaining the position of the emergency police dispatching point. According to the present invention, according to the existing data basis, the time-space characteristics of road traffic accidents are continuously mined and analyzed, the configuration scheme of emergency police scheduling points based on accident-prone areas is researched, the utility of traffic police resources is fully exerted, the effect of warning traffic flow and people flow before the accidents occur is achieved, after an accident occurs, the corresponding traffic police force is dispatched in the shortest time to handle the accident, so that the response time of the police force to the accident is reduced, the scientificity and the high efficiency of urban police force dispatching point configuration are further realized, and a beneficial reference is provided for the setting of the urban police force dispatching point.

    本发明涉及交通技术领域,具体涉及一种事故多发区域应急警力调度点的配置方法。包括事故分布特征和事故高发时段;确定事故多发点和每个事故多发点的经纬度坐标;生成路网示意图,计算出各个事故多发点间的最短时间距离;生成路网结构拓扑图;得到应急警力调度点的位置。本发明根据现有的数据基础,不断挖掘分析道路交通事故的时空特性,研究基于事故多发区域的应急警力调度点的配置方案,充分发挥交通警力资源的效用,起到事故发生前对行车流、人流的警醒作用,事故发生后在最短时间内调度相应交通警力进行事故处理,减少警力面对事故发生时的响应时间,进一步实现城市警力调度点配置的科学性和高效性,为城市警力调度点的设置提供有益的参考。
