The invention provides a vehicle operation tag. A computer includes a processor and a memory including instructions to be executed by the processor to identify a mode in a first highly expected scenario based on user identification, wherein the highly expected scene comprises a video sequence in which the first vehicle will be within a specified distance of a first object in a first environment around the first vehicle, and wherein a user identification is determined by viewing portions of the respective video sequence. A first model including a first deep neural network may be trained to determine a second high-expectation scene based on a pattern identified in the first high-expectation scene, and a second model including a second deep neural network may be trained to modify a position and velocity of a second object in the first high-expectation scene and output a modified high-expectation scene. The computer may be further programmed to train a third model including a third deep neural network to operate the vehicle based on the modified high-expectation scenario output by the second model.
