The invention discloses a fuel cell produced water and heat utilization system, a rail transit vehicle and a method, solves the problems of waste produced water of a fuel cell and easy icing on the surface of the rail in the prior art, and has the beneficial effects of making full use of water resources and making full use of heat of produced water of the fuel cell stack. The fuel cell produced water and heat utilization system comprises a fuel cell stack for power generation; a heat exchange device which is separately connected with the fuel cell stack and an air conditioning system of the rail transit, and is used for receiving water generated by reaction of the fuel cell stack and recycling heat of the received water to heat gas for heating the air conditioning system; a water storage device, wherein the heat exchange device is connected with the water storage device, and water generated by the reaction of the fuel cell is conveyed to the water storage device to be stored; a first temperature sensor mounted indoors; and a control unit independently connected with the first temperature sensor, the heat exchange device and the air conditioning system.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池产水产热利用系统、轨道交通车辆及方法,解决了现有技术中燃料电池产水浪费,且容易发生轨面结冰的问题,具有充分利用水资源,充分利用燃料电池电堆产水热量的有益效果,具体方案如下:一种燃料电池产水产热利用系统,包括用于发电的燃料电池电堆;热交换装置,与燃料电池电堆和轨道交通的空调系统分别单独连接,热交换装置用于接收燃料电池电堆反应产生的水,并回收所接收水的热量以加热气体用于空调系统供暖;储水装置,热交换装置与储水装置连接,将燃料电池反应产生的水送至储水装置进行储水;第一温度传感器,安装于室内;控制单元,控制单元与第一温度传感器、热交换装置、空调系统分别单独连接。
